REFUND POLICY

If you receive an incorrect product that was not what you purchased, you should contact us via and advise of the issue, we will review the sale process and information supplied and advise of the steps to rectify the problem.

CHANGE YOUR MIND/SEND ITEM BACK

You can change your mind on a purchase that you have paid for within 30 days for non-special order purchases only. Freight costs will be to the customer and the refund will only take place once the products are received back in as new condition. A refund of the full amount minus the merchant transaction fees will occur once all the above conditions are meet. A refund outside of this time frame and conditions may not be approved.
